Mediation Services
When private efforts are unsuccessful, parties are encouraged to submit their dispute to mediators who can help them seek relational reconciliation as well as resolution to their conflict. This 1-3 day process utilizes trained conciliators who work jointly with both parties in a non-adversarial manner to promote constructive dialogue and to encourage a voluntary settlement of the conflict. In biblical mediation, the focus in not only on the substantive issue but also on the heart issues underlying the dispute.
